Our Story
Urban Building Solutions was founded in 2009 on the premise of creating an insurance building company that could deliver both quality work and exceed client and owners’ expectations.
We are driven by our belief that having experience and expertise, a highly skilled team and great client relationships lead to success in the business of rebuilding and restoring residential and commercial properties – a win win scenario for all parties involved – trades, owners, UBS and the insurer.
Our clients are our Partners. We have an ongoing client orientated approach with many clients who have been with us since we commenced back in 2009.
We are passionate about achieving great outcomes for all involved – we understand the processes, how best to communicate with the multiple stakeholders involved and have the capabilities to work across small to large loss projects. We always keep the focus on those affected.

- Make initial contact with the customer within hours of receipt of inquiry
- Be available to inspect the property at a time to suit the customer
- Provide a report and quote within days of the site visit
- Upon authorisation and contract receipt, contact the customer immediately to commence coordination of works
- Provide regular progress updates to all parties
- All stages of the work are documented in photographs and archived for reference.
- Provide after-claim support for any queries that may be raised
