Urban Building Solutions completed the emergency / makesafe works at the Rosehill fire in July 2013. Urban Building Solutions were on site while the emergency services where still putting out the flames.

Fencing was put immediately to eliminate unauthorised personal walking onto the still dangerous site. Urban Building Solutions also organised the demolition of the collapsing roof for safety reasons.

Urban Building Solutions completed repairs to all damaged brickwork and blockwork at the above property in Vaucluse. Work was carried out to the fire service plantroom and a new shop front was reinstated.

Garage wall collapse. UBS installed acro props to provide support during the makesafe works.	Fire damaged unit. UBS carried out emergency / makesafe fire / smoke cleaning to minimise damage and final cost.	Collapsed ceiling. UBS carried out debris removal, carpet cleaning and some demolition work (to remove the remaining unsafe ceiling).
Scaffolding. UBS provide, erect & dismantle all necessary scaffolding at job sites.	Water damage. Remove / pull back affected carpet and rugs. Install air movers to assist with drying.	Paving. UBS remove and re pave all un even pathways.
